Delivering your advice to clients beyond the practice door, just when they need it.
Earlier diagnosis
Lifecare automatically identifies pets who might have undiagnosed osteoarthritis or dermatological problems. Clients are then targeted with bespoke communications, building awareness of the symptoms.
Better engagement
Personalised communication packages guide clients through their treatment journey. This includes post-prescription advice, tips on managing the condition and information highlighting the optimum medications to administer.
Long-term compliance
Timely reminders keep treatments on track. If clients lapse, tailored communications rekindle engagement.

Designed to raise awareness of the symptoms and risks associated with dermatological diseases and osteoarthritis, this campaign successfully engaged with clients.
Driving new prescriptions
As a result of the awareness campaign, Lifecare delivered on average
Driving compliance
Once new clients at risk had been identified and prescribed treatment, following a consultation, automated and personalised reminders are sent to encourage owners to keep up with regular doses and order new supplies when required.
Re-engageing lapsed clients
Inevitably, some clients miss doses or slip on regular treatments from time to time. That's where iRecall Lifecare's lapsed reminders prompt clients back to practice. On average 21% of clients lapsed, but with Lifecare we've seen 88% of those lapsed clients get back on track.
