1. One 3-month free offer per practice (with up to 8FTVE vets), only valid when a practice signs up for a 12-month contract. A practice can opt-out at the end of the third month, by giving 30 days prior notice to support@virtualrecall.com. 2. Maximum of one, 3-month free trial per practice as part of the 12-month contract. 3. Once a practice has used the service for 3 months free, all modules are then charged at the current standard price. 3 months' notice is required to opt out at any time thereafter within the 12-month contract. 4. This offer consists of a 3-month trial of iRecall Remind, Vaccinations, Parasiticides, Appointments, Health Checks and iRecall Review. 5. The free trial for iRecall covers standard message templates with all setup fees and digital message costs included. It excludes any postal costs, which will be charged at standard Virtual Recall postal charges. If a practice wishes to amend the standard template, there may be an additional administration charge. 6. The three-month trial period starts when the (first) service goes live on a date agreed by both parties. 7. Where there is a new module commencing (Remind, Vaccinations, Parasiticides, Appointments, Health Checks, iRecall Review), a practice must give three months' notice to end the module. Three months' notice will start from the date notice is received by Virtual Recall. 8. Ending the contract: a practice must give 30 days prior notice to PDAM's and the Support team by emailing support@virtualrecall.com. 9. This offer is available to new or existing practices (with up to 8FTVE vets) not already using the chosen trial modules. 10. Virtual Recall reserves the right to revoke the offer. 11. Your practice management system must be compatible with iRecall to use the iRecall trial. 12. Any practice belonging to a corporate group must gain prior written agreement from their Head Office commercial teams before committing to any Virtual Recall services. 13. This offer cannot combine with any other Zoetis or Virtual Recall offers, promotions or rebates. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 14.
