Terms and Conditions

1. One 3-month free offer per practice (with up to 8FTVE vets), only valid when a practice signs up to a 12-month contract. A practice can opt-out at the end of the third month, by giving 30 days prior notice to support@virtualrecall.com.
2. Maximum of one 3-month free trial per practice in a 12-month period as part of a 12-month contract. 
3. Once a practice has passed the 3-month free trial OurVet. The shop will be charged at standard current price. 3 months' notice is required to opt out during the 12-month contract. 
4. The free trial for OurVet.The shop includes all setup fees and digital message costs. Still, it excludes product costs, transaction fees (Order Processing Charge), third-party delivery fees and postal costs, which will be charged at standard Virtual Recall rates.
5. This offer consists of a 3-month trial of the OurVet.Shop eCommerce platform and covers service subscription costs only.
6. The 3-month trial period starts from when the OurVet. The shop goes live on a date agreed upon by both parties.
7. The practice should be available for onboarding and promoting the service available for practice clients. Onboarding includes staff training and digital materials. Printed materials will be available after the 3 month trial.  
8. Your practice must be based in Great Britain to use an OurVet.Shop trial and the United Kingdom to use an iRecall trial.
9. This offer is available to new or existing practices (with up to 8FTVE vets) not using OurVet.Shop already.
10. Virtual Recall reserves the right to revoke the offer.
11. Any practice belonging to a corporate group must gain prior written agreement from their Head Office commercial teams before committing to any Virtual Recall services.
12. This offer cannot be combined with other Zoetis or Virtual Recall offers, promotions or rebates. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. This offer is only available to practices and SPVS preferential rates.

15. If you choose to continue with iRecall services after the expiration of the 12-month period, then Virtual Recall’s then applicable Terms and Conditions of Business (T&C) shall be applicable to the continuation of the services and Virtual Recall is not under any implied or explicit obligation to offer new campaigns regarding the service after the expiration of the 12 month period.
