iRecall & OurVet.Shop: 3-month free trial voucher

1. Maximum of one free trial per practice, in a 12-month period as part of a 12-month contract. 

2. This offer consists of a three-month trial of  iRecall Remind (excluding nutrition) or iRecall Review or OurVet.Shop eCommerce platform, and covers subscription costs only.

3. This offer is only available to practices and delegates attending SPVS Congress 2024

4. The free trial for iRecall covers standard message templates with all setup fees and digital message costs included, but excludes any postal costs which will be charged at standard Virtual Recall postal charges. If a practice wishes to amend the standard template, there may be an additional administration charge.

5. The free trial for OurVet.Shop includes all setup fees and digital message costs but excludes product costs, transaction fees (Order Processing Charge) third party delivery fees and postal costs, which will be charged at standard Virtual Recall rates.

6. This offer is available to new or existing practices (with up to 8FTVE vets) not using the chosen trial service already.

7. The sign up form must be received by 23rd February 2024. The three month trial period starts from when the (first) service goes live, on a date agreed by both parties.  All trial services must go-live prior to 22nd March 2024, or Virtual Recall reserves the right to revoke the offer.

8. Your practice management system must be compatible with iRecall to use an iRecall trial voucher.

9. Your practice must be based in Great Britain to use an OurVet.Shop trial and United Kingdom to use an iRecall trial.

10. Any practice belonging to a corporate group must gain prior written agreement from their Head Office commercial teams, before committing to any Virtual Recall services.

11. This offer cannot be combined with any other Zoetis or Virtual Recall offers, promotions or rebates. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

iRecall Engage: 3 for 2

  • The offer is for 3 campaigns, where the cheapest is free (i.e. ‘one-off’ campaign).
  • Sign up by 23rd February 2024 (‘one-offs’ to be completed by 15th April 2024)
  • The offer variations possible:
     1 ongoing & 2 one-offs
    2 ongoing & 1 one-off

If a practice wants 3 ongoing, then this revert to standard pricing with 2+ is 50% off already.

1. The offer is for 3 campaigns, to include at least one ‘ongoing campaign’ and one ‘one-off’ campaign, where the ‘one-off’ campaign would be Free.  The other campaign can be either a ‘one-off’ or ‘ongoing’.

2. The offer applies to the campaign set up charges only, and excludes message costs. Standard iRecall Engage message costs apply.

3. Practices can only select from the iRecall Engage ready-to-go catalogue and this offer excludes bespoke campaigns.

4. This offer is available to new or existing practices (with up to 6FTE vets)              

5. Practices must commit to all three campaigns by 22nd March 2024 and all ‘one-off’ campaigns must be completed by 15th April 2024.

6. The practice's practice management system must be compatible with iRecall® 

7. Corporate practices can only participate in line with corporate policies and guidance

Stacking game: play, stack & win!

1. The game is operational during opening hours SPVS Congress 25th - 16th January 2024, whilst stock lasts. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. Prizes must be collected the same day from the Virtual Recall stand.

2. Prizes are as stated: branded pens (iRecall / OurVet.Shop), OurVet.Shop jelly bean sweets, OurVet.Shop travel mug (without drink) iRecall reusable water bottle (without drink), OurVet.Shop Tumbling tower wood block game. No cash or other alternatives are available. Winners’ prizes will be selected from remaining stock.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Virtual Recall reserve the right to substitute a prize of similar value. 

4. Maximum of one prize available per person, per day during conference opening hours. Some prizes may contain alcohol, please drink responsibly. Some prizes are food items and may contain allergens, these are consumed at players’ own risk.  Please refer to ingredients listed on item. 

5. All contact details must be verifiable. Only completed entries will be accepted. Virtual Recall accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
